Return & Refund Policy

REFUND & RETURN POLICY

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 15 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

If more than 2 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at mahakalicollction6419@gmail.com  or chat us via WhatsApp. 

When Exchange Is Not Accepted:

  • Exchange will not be accepted under the following circumstances:
  • Color Difference: A 10% to 20% color difference may occur due to variations in screen resolution and lighting.
  • Material or Color Dislike: If you do not like the material or color of the product you ordered. We use the highest quality materials, and all product details are provided in the product description and specification of products. We recommend thoroughly reading all details before placing your order.
  • Change of Mind: Exchange will not be accepted for reasons related to a sudden change of mind after placing the order.

Exchange Due to model number Issues:

Please refer to the model number provided on each product page before confirming your order. If you are unsure about your moder, our team is here to assist you in finding the perfect model. If you encounter model issues after receiving the product, please contact us. We are not responsible for exchange sale items. We facilitate exchange model cover, you would be paying extra shipping charges for exchange cover of mobile model the product, as per actual rates of Courier Company.

ORDER CANCELLATION

We try to be as fast as we can at shipping by processing your order the day you place it. Because of which cancellations become a problem in order to serve you with a speedy service.

But you can still report your cancellation within first Two hours of placing the order. Our officials will keep you updated with the status of your cancellation request via WhatsApp

The refund might take 5-15 working days within in India.
